I think that you are working out too much & that is why you feel tired. I think that you are burning yourself out. If I was you I would do an hr. a day of exercise alternating a weight day then the next day a cardio day. Or do a Joyce Upper Body for 30 min. then cardio for 30 min. Then the next day do a Joyce Lower Body workout and 30 min. of cardio of choice.
