I bought a Wilson Multi-Station Home Gym thinking Wilson was a good name brand however I have tried looking everywhere website and all, even called them and I guess they stopped making them and had nothing in their archives on this because they contracted out to Formula Ventures to make these gyms before they went under. I have been looking for a book that has pictures of every exercise you can do. I would also like to know what Joyce's workout consists of and how long a person would have to workout everyday to be as in shape as she is. Joyce your a great inspiration to us all! Thank You!
