Try adding half an avocado, well-mashed,
into creamy salads (macaroni, cole slaw, etc).
The avocado blends well with the mayo
(Veganaise, etc).

Blend half an avocado into your favorite
creamy salad dressing (ranch, etc), and
serve over mixed greens.

Banavo Smoothie
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 scoop protein powder
1 cup apple juice
Sweetener to taste (optional)
4 ice cubes
Put all in blender.
Blend well.
Serve.

NOTE:
To keep the other half of an avocado fresh after
using one half, leave the pit in the center,
and wrap the half, pit and all, in plastic wrap.
Store in fridge. Use as soon as possible.
