Greetings!
My m-i-l is mostly a vegetarian and has been very ill. She is now living with us for while. I want to make things she will eat without hesitation and she NEEDS a lot of protein right now. (she is 82 yrs old).

HWLP!

I NEED some recipe ideas. If it is tofu involved, please be specific about what to buy and exactly how to prepare. I live in south Florida so if something is unusual and you are form this area, tell me where to shop.
