This is a big problem. One that I would like a solution to myself. But here is a dressing my husband and I came up with.
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp. freshly grated horseradish
1 tablespoon tarragon vinegar

Blend in small chopper or blender until smooth. Heat in Microwave about 35 seconds and pour over spinach salad
