Sugar-Free Coffee Creamer

1 cup powdered milk (whole or skim)*
1/2 cup Splenda bulk (big bag)**
1 Tbs vanilla powder (optional)***

Put powdered milk in a jar with a good lid.
Grind Splenda in coffee grinder until
the consistency of powdered sugar.
Add to jar.
Add vanilla powder (if used).
Put on jar lid and shake very well to mix.

Add to coffee or tea, to taste.
Shake jar well before each use.


NOTES:
*For vegan version, use soymilk powder.
(Better Than Milk is a very good brand.)
**Wal-Mart and Kroger have generic versions
of Splenda (sucralose).
***Make sure it is sugar-free.
