Hi

I'd like to make a fruit pudding using puree from fresh fruit, probably some
rice milk, sugar and corn starch. The recipe that inspired this uses soy yogurt
instead of rice milk, but I can't buy that anywhere near my house and I want it
to be soy-free anyway.

Can someone suggest a ratio of fruit puree to rice milk and cornstarch that
should result in a decent pudding? Thanks.
