are if you are celiac/gluten intolerant,
or have a wheat or gluten allergy.

In my opinion, the main things to avoid
if you want to have good control of your
diabetes, are SUGAR, WHITE FLOUR, WHITE
RICE, and other nutrient-deficient foods.

Eat low on the glycemic index. If you
want treats, use stevia, erythritol,
and/or agave nectar for sweetening.

There are tests you can take to see if
you have a wheat or gluten sensitivity.
----
Some people avoid gluten in order to lose
weight. If that is your intent, there
is no harm in trying it.
