I've been down and out for the last two days with a horrible stomach virus. Today I managed a piece of dry toast and a banana, woo! I realized that most of my recipes that I usually make are full of whole grains, vegetables, and beans/legumes. Which is great for a healthy GI tract, not so much when your tummy is angry.
So any good recipes for easily digestible foods for when you're sick? Bonus points if I can freeze it/store it and have handy when one of us is sick.
