I'm looking for how to substitute instant vanilla pudding in an Amish Friendship Bread recipe. Today is the day I'm supposed to make the bread and I thought I would just look up how to substitute the pudding because I didn't want to use instant pudding because of the artificial ingredients that I saw listed on all of the boxes available at the grocery store. I started my search this morning and I didn't realize that this was going to be such a problem. I hope I'll still be able to do this bread because I've nursed it for 10 days on my counter and I don't want to have to throw it out.
