I assume you mean you want to use Splenda
instead of sugar, correct?
Bulk Splenda is usually used interchangeably
with any kind of sugar.

Chocolate Frosting
1/2 cup Silk Creamer or sugar-free coconut cream
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup Splenda
Put all ingredients in a chilled mixing bowl.
Beat on low speed until blended.
Beat on medium speed until fluffy.

Chocolate Frosting
1 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup light agave nectar
Put all ingredients in a food processor.
Process until smooth and creamy.
