I would skip the banana, since once it
is mashed, it tends to go bad REALLY fast.
If you want to give banana, why not just
give a few small slices?
Always supervise children when they are
eating bananas (or eating anything).

For treats, mix some raisin paste* with
finely-ground sunflower seeds and other
nuts (pinenuts are great), then mix in oat
flour by hand until you get a mixture
that can be rolled into balls. Roll mixture
into balls, then flatten to bisquit size and
shape. Store in fridge.
Always supervise children when they are
eating treats (or eating anything).

*Raisin Paste
Soak some seedless raisins (sultanas)
in hot water for 15 minutes.
Puree in processor to a smooth paste.
Store in fridge.
