Hey there Joan,
I recently went Vegan as well. I had been a non-dairy consuming meat eater. There were times I felt guilty and grossed out by eating meat and I just coudn't not be true to myself anymore. It felt like the right time one day and it was an almost a seemless transition. I run 2-3 nights a week and take no crap from anyone. My performance has gone up since I am getting more minerals in my diet due to increased foilage. I do not owe anyone an explaination and if they want to know why anything they can google it.
Enough about ME thought lets talk about YOU!
YOur diets sounds awesome! Your juicing. Got that olive oil action going on. There is so much out there you have yet to try. Rice milk and hemp milk. Have you got yourself some recipe books? Do you eat your veges RAW? How much VARIETY do you have in your diet? I saw you like beans! Me too! Are you ENJOYING your freedom diet? Stress causes the body to release adrenaline and other hormones that are weight maintaining. So tell everone to chill out!
If no one is causing you angst you may have simply hit a plateau. A weight where your body feels comfortable. No problem though! To break through all you have to do is switch things around on it. Try eating 5-6 small meals to keep the furnace burning. Spicy foods. Just water 3 hours before bed. Eating b-fast in the mornings(way easier if your hungry). Remember we are not eating MORE just differently. Ah yes and excercise (which is stress reducing anyway). This is the golden noughat. Whatever you like. Swimming, tennis, walking... did you know every centarian interviewed walks at least 30min a day?
Here are some supplements in addition: Natural Weight Loss Formula by Cellfood you take it before bed. Taste like lemon water. I actually feel and look slimmer in the morning. Helps you not feel groggy and has a mild appitite suppresent that last throughout the day!
Diet Slim and Metabolism by GIAI taken twice a day between meals.
