If I were you I would study about that particular autoimmune disease and see if you were tested properly to insure that you don't have other serious problems here. As far as the Sinthyoid, you may want to ask about Cytomel or Armour thyroid. My doctor advised me not to take Synthroid...it is more expensive and not as effective for treating the thyroid.
