try adding nutritional yeast to your vegan diet which includes your B vitamins.. get off soy! Instead use hemp products which contain EFA and is the most bioavailable protein: Hemp Milk, deshelled seeds in smoothies/salads/granola.
Also try deep tissue massage and yoga for your migraines.
if you are vegetarian you may also be eating wheat products which contain gluten which may also be a problem for you.. you can also try cutting them out.. there are many other substitutes you can try just check out some raw food recipes for making veggee patties or carrot "chorizo".. start researching and don't lose hope. you are on the right path.
