I have been studying under a Naturopath for quite some time. I am about to take my test this week. He recommends these things to reverse Osteoporosis: clean the liver, Vitamins A, C and D, take calcium and progesterone. These all need to be done at the same time. The calcium I take does not have any dairy products...you should look into another kind. I hope this helps you. Diane
