Thank you for this information. I have thought for years that I have hypoglycemia due to symptoms and my doctor recently stated that he believes that I have it. I have not done a glucose tolerance test. I am vegan. It seems there are not many books out there and I am having a hard time finding good information. Are there any books you could recommend? I would appreciate any advice that you would be willing to give. Thanks so much!!
