Here is the deal...I'm allergic to both soy and most beans. Animal products seem to bother me too, so I have had to problem eliminating them, but I also get irritated by excessively amounts of anything, so I need a varied diet. In the past bread and peanut butter in large amounts have been bad. I seem like the ideal candidate for raw vegan, but I am having trouble adjusting to such large amounts of insoluble fiber. I'm not too worried about protein since I think that is overhyped, but I'd like to find foods that are easy and fill me up. So far I've found that kale is perfect and avocados are pretty amazing, but I'd like more ideas.
