I am 40 and have been vegetarian for at least 14 years and recently have found out hat I have fibroids. I have been in excruciating pain for about ten years and let me tell you that if my vegetarian diet has helped any at all, I can't imagine what it would feel like otherwise.

I am about to try to give up all sugar and alcohol and caffeine and hope that something will help.
