Gardein is found in various meat substitutes. Even though it is 100% vegan, the texture is very similar to meat (almost eerily so). Morningstar Farms uses it in some of their meat substitutes such as their "steak" and "chicken" strips (Gardein is a registered trademark and the logo is on the back of the bag). I believe stores such as Whole Foods and Trader Joes also use it in some of their own store brand meat substitutes.
