Hi Maggie, Gardein is found in various meat substitutes. Even though it is 100% vegan, the texture is very similar to meat (almost eerily so). Morningstar Farms uses it in some of their meat substitutes such as their "steak" and "chicken" strips (Gardein is a registered trademark and the logo is on the back of the bag). I believe stores such as Whole Foods and Trader Joes also use it in some of their own store brand meat substitutes. Also, Gardein has their own website at www.gardein.com. Hope this helps!
