which gives u more 'bang for your buck' in health benefits and nutrients so to say...
raw spinach leaves or cooked spinach leaves
should one be concerned with oxalic acid in these leaves as a toxin to the body
I was informed that oxalic acid prevents the absorption of calcium in the leaves, so not to count on getting your calcium from the leaves...is that true?
