Subject:	10.5 oz tofu package

Bryanna, In your recipes that call for 10.5 oz package of tofu, do I need to weigh it out exactly to 10.5 oz or can I use the whole box 12.3 oz that the tofu comes in now? How do I adjust the recipe? I am using your no fat cookbook. I tried the basic cake recipe, but weighed out the tofu just to make sure and it turned out great!
