No, I don't, but I understand that they can be used like flaxseeds as an egg substitute becuase they get viscous when soaked in water like flax. Use 1 T. blended with 1/4 cup water for 1 egg. In some recipes, like brownies, adding 1/2 T. egg replacer to it helps. You can also sprinkle them on salads and cereal, add them to shakes, pancake batters, etc.
