Subject:         Eggplant Relish

I was skimming through your cookbook "Nonna's Italian Kitchen" looking for something to do with an eggplant and found this recipe. I have a couple questions: 1) By 1 can of tomato puree, do you mean tomato sauce or something else? 2) How long would this relish last in the fridge, and can it be frozen?
