Dairy milk contains a protein called casein, about 80% of milk's protein.
Not only does casein cause allergies in many people and contributes to coronary artery blockages, but it is also the single greatest accelerator of tumor growth known, according to Dr. T. Colin Campbell in The China Study.
Plenty of good reasons to use a low fat soy milk.
(Almond and cashew milk are other alternatives, but I haven't seen low fat versions of these yet.)
