Thanks for all your help. I am anxious to get started and learning what to eat is key. Your examples are really appreciated.

I especially liked hearing about the baked beans. North East Ohio is an excellent region for producing high quality maple syrup, and I happen to know many maple syrup producers in the area. I'm glad to learn I could still put their products to use now that I'm forgoing buttermilk pancakes!
