Subject:         fats and candy

I would appreciate any input on this . What I consume during the day usually puts my fat grams at around 5 to 10 daily. I know our bodies need so much fat so this is a concern of mine . To make up for my deprivation I feel I eat fat free candy throughout the day (cinnamon buttons,corn candy,ect.) My weight loss has stopped because of the calorie intake I'm sure. Can this affect the reversal process eating so much sugar?
