I think you'll likely find it hard to find support groups for heart disease anywhere that are mainly made up of people in the age group you specified. Most people in their 20s and 30s either don't have heart disease, or don't know they have it yet.

If you really want to join a heart support group, you might at least try one of the groups with older people. They may be more fun and helpful than you think.
