Sorry, John, but please don't expect Dr. Esselstyn to regularly answer questions here. Because he's a friend, I asked him if would take time out from his very busy schedule to see how much his advice and his book is appreciated here, and he graciously gave us a some general comments to help clarify some points in his book. Since this forum does not offer medical advice, you will seldom see posts from any of the physicians we mention.
