Thank you Dr. Pickney. Your remarks were both helpful and enlightening. I especially appreciate the advise about being "specific" with regards to a daily amount measured in sugar grams. Boy have I been screwing up in this area - I've been consuming a lot more fruit than just three pieces a day. I will need to cut back some. God bless!
