Twitching eyelids
For some strange reason
my left eye (upper lid) has been twitching a lot lately.
It's been happening for the last 2 weeks. What in the
world would cause this irritating phenomenon?
I have encountered this
symptom frequently among my patients. It is almost always
stress-related. Often the person does not know the exact
cause, or even recognize that they are in a stressful
situation. I've also found that it is usually a chronic
rather than an acute stress. Almost always it subsides
after a time.
